Asbestos LDPE Bags
When removing asbestos, asbestos removal companies are by law obliged to pack and dispose of the asbestos in a safe manner and according to certain guidelines. For packaging and disposal of the asbestos itself, sturdy, indestructible asbestos LDPE bags made of woven polypropylene (PP) are used, with two transparent PE inner bags of 100 microns. All this serves to prevent asbestos fibres from being released during handling, storage and/or transport.
The rules are somewhat more flexible for the disposal of materials used during remediation, such as disposable overalls and gloves, and LDPE waste bags are often used. These sturdy plastic waste bags are transparent, so the contents remain clearly visible. Our LDPE asbestos bags have an asbestos logo and are available in different thicknesses and sizes.
