For this reason, all these FIBCs are produced – by high-tech and ultrasonic equipment – in a so-called “clean room. The bags are then completely and thoroughly cleaned by means of metal detection and special cleaning processes. Everything to prevent loose threads, small particles or contamination.
After extensive quality control – in accordance with the highest standards as well as the customer’s desired specifications – the bags are packed and transported on pallets dust-free to our hygienic food grade warehouse in Ermelo.
